My last days @ Netscribes
Well after a stint of 4 years I have decided to move on, moving on from a gr8 team which i don’t know whether i would really get in any other company. Some management gurus say that effective team lead build gr8 teams but i disagree with that, i feel a gr8 team comprises of not just skilled people but people who share an equal passion, people who have common objectives, people who serve as very vital components required to pull off anything under the sun. I feel you cannot build a team like this , i feel there is a luck factor involved.
Maybe people do understand this but do not agree on the same, maybe their egos come in between their brains and their hearts. I am sorry guys that i have to move as i have other commitments in life as well. I hope we all get more opportunities in life to work together but till then i will miss you guyz.
More than a leader you have been a good friend, a teacher from whom I have learn t a lot of things, we will all miss you, and yeah you are right we all have commitments in life and responsibilities as well to fulfill, I am sure that we will continue to be goods friends for the rest of our lives and I won’t say good bye to you because you’ll always be their for me as a good friend of mine
Hmmmmmmmmmm, Not a bad speech (post). I remembered Anshul told me that design is passion and rightly so I replied with Design is my passion. We learn a lot together, from you from the other guys of the office. Stay in touch, share yours ideas as you always did.

“Ashish” a person i know from last one year who is supposed to be my boss but he is like a friend and elder brother to me who is guiding me for achieving better career, giving me every opportunity to learn and grow. From him I learn t lot of things which includes personal as well as professional aspect. I hope i wont meet a person(friend) like Ashish who’s got lot of passion towards design and most importantly whose aim is to provide value to his work. I know with this approach he will defiantly reach to his goal.
